Magno-Dol is an alkaline filtration mineral comprising splinter grain taken from selected dolomitic rock. It is suitable for the de-acidification of potable, industrial and swimming pool waters and can be used in rapid gravity or pressure filters. MagnoDol is a reactive media and during its use it is gradually dissolved by the water being treated and will therefore require periodic replacement. The grain size is 0.5 – 2.5mm. Magno-Dol complies with BS EN 1017:1998 (Half Burnt Dolomite).
