HYDROLIT MG

Uses: de-acidification and neutralisation

Hydrolit Mg is a porous filtration media, comprising rounded grains chiefly of magnesium oxide.  It is used for the neutralisation of industrial waste waters and the de-acidification of potable waters.  It is a reactive media and during its use it is gradually dissolved by the water being treated and will therefore require periodic replacement.  The grain size is 2 – 5mm.
